Shipping Rates
We offer simple, transparent shipping on every order:
- Free shipping on all orders that meet or exceed our free shipping threshold (displayed at checkout)
- Standard flat-rate shipping on orders below the threshold — the rate is displayed clearly in your cart and at checkout before you pay
Shipping rates and thresholds may be updated from time to time and are always shown at checkout before payment is taken.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods — including TikTok LIVE sale events — processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected. You will receive tracking information where available.
TikTok Live Orders
Orders placed through our TikTok LIVE events are fulfilled the same way as standard website orders. Once you complete your purchase on our website following a LIVE session, your order enters our standard processing queue. TikTok LIVE promotions or limited-edition products are subject to stock availability and cannot be reserved by commenting alone — an order is only confirmed once payment has been completed on our website.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your Hello Gorgeous Scents order. If something is wrong, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.
We accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was significantly not as described
Due to the nature of our products (wax melts, blending bags, and scented goods), we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or custom-blended items unless they are faulty.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue with your order:
- Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- For damaged items, please include a photo
Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations and refunds can also be managed by the store owner from the admin orders dashboard.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used wax melts and blending bags
- Custom scent blends or personalised products
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
